Common advice would be like:
Cap strength and tackling, then keep on training those in the mid 50s. Meanwhile get speed and agility to 68 and vision to 61.
But to be realistic:
The guy has already peaked. You balanced him out early in order to see best results. That has worked well last season, but now he's up to more and more slowbuilding guys. Those players have a noticable advantage in the key attributes due to slowbuilding - and now they'll training up the secondary attributes and become superior to your guy.
So you can either retire or just do what you've done so far: add points in all areas to balance him out even better.

This. If you want a player to be effective at higher levels, you need to use a cap-focused build strategy. Your guy did the reverse, and it's going to be tough for him to catch up to players who simply have huge advantages, SP-wise, on him.

Well, why wouldn't he be a better player if I got more and more speed? He's already got alot of SAs and other important attributes that I don't have to mess with anymore.

packers, you still dont understand. when building a player early its not about how good they can be at the time. its about building up one attribute to take advantage of natural gains of attributes so the sp dont ave to be used to make them go as high. and thats why you dont invest in SAs early, because there is no natural gain on SAs. im assuming you wont understand because you are too narrow minded but this is what ive been preaching the whole time, take a hint, for the forth time in the last month that you have posted forums for all 3 of your guys, you get the same thing, they are not good and you should start over, please take the hint

To illustrate Baskerville's point, here is an example......my lvl 32 SS has 76 natural speed. I've not put a point into it since it hit 68. It would cost you 32 - 33 SP more than I spent to achieve that speed. So while you are spending 30+ points to catch up in speed, I'm capping things like strength and tackling to get level gains on those. Moral of the story is: SAs are the devil till you have your core build done.

I don't listen to Baskerclown because he's an idiot. I have no idea bout his build advice. All I know is I don't listen to anything he says.
Now, you say natural speed as in like "raw" (would be the GLB term). Basically, using training only and no SP? It seems like it would freakin take forever to train it that high. And what do you mean by "natural gains of attributes" ? An attribute does raise unless you alter it by training or spend SP on them. Once you get an attribute to like 40, it only raises it about 15 percent. I've never noticed an attribute raise by not doing anything to it. I have no idea of what you mean by that.
All I ever done was make a player the best I can from the start. So I don't slow-build. I'd like to think that if I spend money on this game then I wanna have fun with it, not having to be patient until he's level 40 to see good play by him. To me, thats wasting money. Its not like he won't be a good player when he gets older anyway.
Explain "natural gains" please.

natural gains are basically your positions MAJOR & MINOR attributes auomaically increasing [by a small percentage] when your player levels up, which explains why an attribute has decimal points later in his career.
go here for the actual numbers: http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Leveling#Automatic_Attribute_Gains
[link also shows each positions Major & Minor attributes] also, major attributes recieve a larger increase than minors
basically, if you only use SP's in an attribute up to, oh say 68 for example [as i did with my SS, if you remember
] after each level up, he gains a small percentage to that attribute [unrelated to training & the green training bar] so since i went with capping my SS's speed to the 68 cap first, natural gains helped increase his speed to 71.5 [raw, no eq] without me actually spending those extra 12+ SP's to manually increase his speed.
you dont HAVE to slowbuild to take advantage of this, but slow building just increases the benefit you recieve from "natural gains"
hope that makes sense

first of all natural speed refers to speed without equip, not that mumbo jumbo you said. second of all, im an idiot? you didnt even know what natural gains were. understanding that concept and combining it with, caps, training, equip and such is how you build an effective player. hopefully now you will begin to understand how ignorant you have been to many aspects of player building

I consider a "natural" or "raw" attribute to be one without bonuses due to equipment, VAs, token boosts, etc.
The wiki page that Alex linked is a very good illustration of the level gains for attributes. One important thing to realize is that the level gains start to scale down as your player gets older. For that reason, it is best to cap key attributes early to take advantage of it. You don't have to slow build, but build to the caps so that the level gains have max impact.
In the case of my SS, I pushed speed to 68 as fast as possible and moved on to agility. Level gains have taken it to where it is today.

Ok Temper. I understand what you're saying about natural gains. I appreciate the help. You too Black. Finally someone actually explains it without calling someone dumb to boost their own ego.
Baskercase, did you say something? Maybe its about time to learn something from all this. I've learned a lesson in "natural gains". You need to learn to shut the fuck up by not letting shit spew out of your mouth. I never thought you was an idiot because of this game. You're an idiot because you think you know everything else. I'm the idiot for asking and receiving good advice but not yours? Well, what does tell you? Thats why I think you're a dipshit. You have always gotten pissed when I listen to other's good advice and ignore you. All you do is critisize everyone's build. I've never seen you post a praise message. If you have then its not very fucking many. Anywho, I didn't ask for your help and you should already know by now that your advice goes through one ear and out of the other. Nobody listens to shit you have to say, kinda like me. At least I admit that I don't know much about the game. You think you know more than what you do, not just GLB but everything else. For the 841st time, fuck off.

Wow, people don't want praise messages, they want build advice. There isn't much of a point in saying great job! And not trying to help out. People come for advice not to be praised.

WOW, you think you're cool, WOW!
Here's something for you "Dawgs". When an agent gives his player's build in a "rate my player" forum then he wants a rating and advice. No one actually gives a rating and I think thats funny as hell. An agent may think that he's on the right track or he may know nothing. Its VERY strange they NEVER EVER get a praise and a comment like, "It looks like you are on the right track". Its always "what you need to do next". Well obviously if he built a player that well then he should know what to do next. Fucking idiots like you are asked for a rating, not a ga damn stratagy guide on what to do next. Those guys know more about builds than guys like you. You can't even follow simple directions.
That why I named the thread what I did. No BULLSHIT advcie necessary. I don't wanna hear it. I wanna hear good advice when I ask for it. If not, then leave a simple fucking rating like most ask for. Not your bullshit advice. You know, 8/10, 5/10. Do you understand me? So umm yeah... you're wrong again and you're dumb!
The funny thing is that I got one of those " Your player looks good right now" responses from my TE. That was the first I've ever seen for any build.
I got the advice I wanted so this thread is over!
