Which is a better VA for a middle LB'er who plans on eventually pumping up Monster Hit SA.

I have 7 Power Tackler and wowww it helps a lot In ST if i catch the returner its fumble, and its giving fumbles against HBs and WRs aswell. Tho after i get 10 Power Tackler i'll go for 10 Helmet Crash.

I love Power Tackler but if your tackling is not very high (60+) and you come up against a great power-back you will most likely need to switch to Wrap Up in which case your VA is completely negated.
Helmet Crash on the other hand is great because you don't have any such restrictions and the morale reduction it provides is a great team booster to your defense. Any time such a steep pre-requisite is set means that you're gonna get a very good VA.
