Warrior General Games

1. Sumatra Sting 5-1-0 W2
Stings gets nr. 1 by still having a great SOS. They beat Arrowhead, but could have gotten a much better score in that game. Im guessing they will reach the playoffs, but Im still reserving my judgment until they face off against more top teams.

2. Komodo Dragon 6-0-0 W6
They could be 1st at this point, but i rank them at 2 because they still aren't the best team in the league. But beating Lightning after that huge W against D-ligers? Thats good dot ball. Still loads of quality teams left to beat. Yeah i read what you wrote about CPU-fighters, but the very next week Padang buried them, a lot can happen in two days here in GLB, but still....

3. Singapore Flames 5-1-0 W3
Strong team that is holding onto a top position in the conference. Next week against the Sting: Read about it at the end.

4. Bangkok Lightning 5-1-0 L1
Despite losing, I think they are a top 4 team. Beaten good teams so far and just fell short against Dragons. Got the week off before going into two tough weeks.

5. Batdambang Killer Koalas 4-2-0 W3
They kept it close with Flames and beat some decent teams. I like their chances this season and it seems they are making the most of them. Playoff teams, yes I think so!

6. Buffalo Rampage 5-1-0 L1
What just happen there? I'm no longer a believer in Rampage. If you lose next week too, you are out of top 10 in these rankings. Kudos to Cowboys!

7. Lea Lea Furniture 3-3-0 W1
Kept games close, won two good games. Yeah that gets you up in the rankings.

8. Canberra Cowboys 2-4-0 W1
Beating the mighty Rampage and keeping most of their games close. Decent team, can surprise a lot of teams over the season. Yeeeeehaaaaw!

9. Bangalore Monsoon 3-3-0 W1
Next 3 games will tell if they can sneak into the playoffs or if they will just miss out.

10. Padang Orangutans 3-3-0 W1
Beating D-Ligers, that gets you a bit up. Still a bunch of tough teams left on the shedule.

11. D League Ligers 2-4-0 L2
I still think they are a good team, just waiting for them to show it off.

12. West Indies Warriors 2-4-0 L1
Could have been ranked anywhere from 10-14 at this point. They end up in the middle for beating Padang and scoring points in all of their games.

13. Chiang Mai Gangsters 2-4-0 L1
Awww the two game winning streak ends when the Flames torch the warehouse with all the stolen goods. I still think they can make an impact in the conference and they still have a few tricks up their sleeves.

14. Arrowhead Fanatics 1-5-0 L3
Huge fan when they beat Monsoon, not so big when they lost to Gangsters. Get atleast one free win this season, when they face CPU-Fighters next week.

15. Tokyo Hellfighters 0-6-0 L8

Week 7 Games To Watch:
4. Sumatra Sting vs 5. Singapore Flames
Battle of the week here. This has so much at stake. Playoff dreams, home game advantage, seedings and just plain bragging rights. HUGE game for both teams and the conference.
13. Canberra Cowboys vs. 7. Bangalore Monsoon
Can Cowboys do it again? Take down a team ranked ahead of them? Big fight for playoff hopes here.

Buffalo too high imo...

We're the only undefeated team in our conference. We beat one of the two other undefeated teams entering game 6 (who was the hottest team at the end of last season). And you really need to look at those box scores ... Tokyo was clearly in mid-gut mode during that Padang game. They gave their kicker 25 carries in that game and they didn't complete a single pass.

Good, sound logic in knocking us down a notch for beating Tokyo less convincingly. To be honest, Tokyo's games against us and Okinawa are probably the only games you SHOULD look at. Not the ones you should dismiss. Doesn't matter, though. We'll just keep on trying to win these games and secure a good seed in the playoffs.

I look forward to next week's rankings. "They beat the CPU Tweetys, but they only won by 300 points. They should have won by 400. That's why they sit at #3 in my book."

TBH i do this for fun, i don't have the time to look at every game and every roster in every game. Takes me roughly half hour or so to do these and I do not intend to spend more on them. You do not deserve being nr. 1 at this point in my book. Your SOS is still shaky to say the least and you still have a ton of talented teams left on the schedule. Yes it was a huge win over Lightning i give you credit for that, still being undefeated after 6 games isn't enough to be nr. 1. So shut me up, stay undefeated. then I might rank you nr. 1

So the Rampage suck nuts for losing to the Cowboys, but the Cowboys are good because they beat the "mighty Rampage."

So are we mighty or do we suck? I need to know!!!

It really doesn't matter who ranks who where at this point. What matters is the playoffs. I just think it's amusing to see the only undefeated team sitting at #2. It's not our fault we played a CPU team and another team that was about to gut. We don't play the Sting until week 16, so if we keep winning I guess we'll keep sitting at #2.

I do appreciate it when people make these threads. They are interesting to read. I just got a bug up my butt and felt like voicing my opinion, 'cuz I'm pretty proud of the squad I've got here in Komodo.

I really don't think I'm whining here. I just think if your reason for dropping a team in the rankings is ill-founded, it should be pointed out. We got docked for not beating Tokyo convincingly enough, but the team we beat wasn't the same team by the next game.

And, by all means, please keep us at #2. It gives us incentive to do better each week.

Komodo probably deserves the No 1 ranking more than Sting even if they have played an early schedule like the Florida Gators. We coughed up the ball and fell against the Number 6 team.

Next game against the Flames will be the next real test to see if we are worthy of such a high ranking.

Komodo has a great team this season and Sting is a lifetime 1-1 in games against them. We are definitely looking forward to the end of the season matchup.

oh ya, no one is doubting that Komodo is good, duh! just #2 good, that's still pretty damn good though!

I think the issue is less with the ranking but the reason for the ranking. But no biggie and thanks for doing this Dujo.

TBH...im still confused...Komodo has beaten the best team out of both of them and beaten the team that beat the so called best team here...no idea how undefeated makes them #2...not sure what thought makes Sting #1...but whatever...

Rampage will come back...if you watch the game you can tell there was a lack of gameplanning I think...
