Passrush agile DE (level 55)
Right now his tackling is 46 and strength is 70. Agile is 101 (w/ eq) and speed is 85. Vision 56

If I get tackling up to 48 cap, will my sack numbers improve?

What are your Sa's....Fs, SB, TV ?

And no...Getting tackling won't help you get more sacks.....Depending on what your sa's look like...You'll need more agility and speed...At that level, 105-110 is a must.(Yes those 4 extra points of agility matter)

It's normally good to have FS, TV, SB at 10...But those are fine for now...I would ditch some of the heavyweight, and big heart and JTS...Heavyweight is good, but only if your player has enough agility and strength to break the blocks....And go with quick to help make up for agility....And start going more strength....80 is about what you want..Also..If you have any equipment in speed....I would take it off and put it on agility......You can get sacks with an 80/80/110 ratio.

Strength too low to take advantage of heavy weight. If you are indeed building up strength then up Strong Base to 4. Like someone else said get your FS, SB, and TV up to 10 if possible (try to find AEQ that helps and not just spend SPs on them.) Finally, if you want to convert hurries into sacks (assuming you're getting a lot of hurries) the best course of action is to up Jumping.

Yeap, jumping helps a lot towards getting sacks....And really adding to wall would be a waste....The points spent, he could add to strength help up that.
