I'd put 5 points into First Step
and 1 point into jumping.

Train like a mofo in Jumping/Confidence until at least 48.07
(too bad you can't do them at the same time)

I'm not so sure about your 1 hand catch, but what's done is done.

You need to get Vision and Catching into the 60s. With the goal of getting both to the 3rd cap.

Confidence to at least 50.

Then get to work get Route Run and Sticky Hands to around 5.

Jumping is really not that important.

You'll see a big difference.

I would spend them all on Vision....personally....after the catch...high vision will allow you to run the correct way..(yes thats obvious) but if you have low vision...after the catch is not near as rewarding...to be honest with a WR with your speed....your vision is very low...it needs to be the same or near your agility
