If you stockpile shopping tokens at level 1-5, can you use them at say, level 20 for better gear. Or does the game "know" its a level 1-5 shopping token.

He asked if the game "knew" that the shopping points were picked up when the player was at a low level and only allow equipment to be rolled that is for a low level player even after the player has reached higher levels.

No it doesn't. You will get items based on when you use the tokens and not when you actually got them.
