My personal rankings, made by heart and keyboard.
1.Buffalo Rampage 4-0-0 W4
Beating Flames and Sting by 17 menas a nr. 1 spot. Yeah they had a blowout win in week 1, but heck this teams has met two of the best teams in SEAPL and WON. I think we are looking at a homeplayoff team right here. Already on a good roll and you cant argue with 4-0.
2. Sumatra Sting 3-1 L1
Beating Winona in week 1 and sneaking by Koalas in week 3 is a pretty good dotball. The 3 teams they have beat have a comibined record of 6-6, so this is not terrible teams they beat in the first 3 weeks. Week 4 meant a loss to Rampage, but they are still in good form. And i see great things to come for the Sting.
3. Singapore Flames 3-1-0 W1
Beating 3 2-2 teams and losing to the Rampage is a decent start for the Flames, who is considered a favorite to win Garuda this season. So do I rank Flames high becomes they are "my team"? No, i rank them high because they have earned their wins and earned that loss too. They have two easy games before sqauring off against the Sting, who has quite a history with the Flames & the Pros.
4.Bangkok Lightning 4-0-0 W4
"You cant argue with 4-0" its a direct quote of myself earlier in this post. The SOS for Lightning so far hasnt been great and this alone drops them to 4th. They just been "unlucky" to get a somewhat easy shedule for the first 4 games, but with this team they are going to create alot of great games over the next 12 weeks. And their next 3 games are going to show us what this team is made off!
5. Komodo Dragon 4-0-0 W4
The Dragons have had a very easy shedule so far and i want to rank them lower, but still they have 4 wins out of 4 possible, so they get 5th just for that. Beating lesser teams in the first 4 and will have a hard time keeping up as the season unfolds. They might surprise everyone and win it all, but i sitll see a few loses over the next weeks.
6. D League Ligers 2-2-0 W2
2-2 doesnt say it all for the Ligers, because they could easy have been 3-1 or 4-0 as they kept their first two games close, but still ended up on the losing side. By beating Lea Lea, they earn 6th spot.
7. Batdambang Killer Koalas 2-2-0 W1
Koalas have had a tough first 3 games strech and with the blowout win in week 4 where they could relax and chill out a bit, its time they start winning real games. Yes they beat Northern Lights by a bunch and only lost to Sting by 6, but i need to see the Koalas KILL. Time to sharpen the weapons and get f-ing mental. LETS GO F*CKING MENTAL!
8. Lea Lea Furniture 2-2-0 L1
"Welcome to the Pro's" - was the kind, yet brutal message Pa Dong sent over in week 1. Lea Lea bounched back with back-to-back wins but came just short of beating the Ligers. Quality team that just need to adjust a bit to the Pros and we could be looking at a playoff contender.
9. Bangalore Monsoon 2-2-0 L2
Not a good team, nor a bad team. They have showed some sparks of great dotball, but just need that little edge to keep up with the big boys. The 7 point win over Gangsters is by far their biggest accomplish so far in the Pros.
10. Canberra Cowboys 1-3-0 W1
They score points, just not more than they allow. But still scoring points against Garuda (the team), Lea Lea, Dragon and winning over Orangutans, is better than not beating the Hellfighters by 255+.
11. Padang Orangutans 2-2-0 L1
Not beating the blowout by 255+ means either mercy AI or terrible AI. And niether is going to fly in the Pros, so get with the program, this is not freaking A-ball, this is PRO DOT BALL.
12. Chiang Mai Gangsters 1-3-0 W1
they just edge past Arrowhead in these rankings by coming out with the week 4 win. they have scored points against decent teams and seem alot better than last season. Great going Gangsters (please dont shot me).
13. Arrowhead Fanatics 1-3-0 L1
They actually beat a "real team", so this gets you up to 14th, 13th spot is for the great team note.......and almost winning over the Gangsters.
14. West Indies Warriors 1-3-0 L2
A blowout win and 3 loses gets you just above the 0-4 team and the CPU.
15. Bangkok Tweetys CPU 0-4-0 L6
Atleast they just went GUT.
16. Tokyo Hellfighters 0-4-0 L7
Sigh...try and get relegated pls?
I dont mean to offend anyone with these, they are done for my own please and i dont care about anything you have to say about these. this counts double for MadCow and MD.
