not a bad idea but don't know if someone tried this.

It takes two to tango. I would think it might work best if both QB and WR invest in it.

I don't like it. It's not a bad choice, but because QB's have so many VA's to choose from, it's not as great. There's Quick Release, Laser Arm, Football Genius, and Natural Leader to chew on first.

From the above list I like QR & NL. Don't think attribute VAs worth much atm.

What about Thick Skin?

If you have low confidence or weak O-Line, is a good VA. I'm testing Scrmbler in one of my QBs atm but no results yet (needs more points).

QR and NL are the bread and butter for QBs. The third VA is really a preference and system thing. The team my QB is on rarely throws on third down since we are such a run heavy team, so clutch isn't very useful. I think big heart is still a good choice especially for a QB on a team that was just promoted.

Ilok, if everyone on the offense has decent stamina, and everyone on the team invests a few VA points into Motivational Speaker, then could all of that make Field General and NL less important?

yes, less important, but not useless. We have all the players on my OPL team with 2 motivational speaker, so we have a 99% chance of it firing and with my FG and 15 NL, we still had 5 offensive players finish the game with between 24 and 58 moral. And we won that game.

Winning teams maximize every advantage it can, with builds, depth and rotation to keep people fresh, AIs and all the little things like motivational speaker and such.

Field General is 'technically' a situational SA, so doesn't that mean that Clutch would effect it as well?
In essence you have both Natural Leader and Clutch affecting perhaps the most important 'team' special ability. Your basically 'double dipping'.
In which case wouldn't it be a must VA?

It really depends on the system. In most cases, yes I would have clutch as the #3 VA, but in my case the team I play for is really run heavy and throws a lot of screens and dump passes, so Wally rarely would use it since throwing on third down is unlikely. I'm trying out big heart atm, as we just made the jump to Pl and me and KOG thought that we might lose some games so Big Heart would be active a lot, which hasn't been the case so far.
