It probably won't. Just focus on getting FS and QC high.

It helps at the point where you have so much agility and speed that it is cheaper to take RR to get more speed/agility than pointing more speed or agility. The real problem is speedsters need to win the transition game, the point in between catching and running. The carrying movement really hasn't caught on, but carrying with spin on a burner should be potent.
