well im going to slowbuild my te. what should i start on.

That is a solid guide. A lot of people will tell you to go with speed/agility first, but they are wrong. Catching is definitely the first thing to go after.

should i soft cap catching as soon as i get the sps to first cap it , or?

Im also slowbuildign my Current tightend and am going almost the same path as this but i agree Catching should Definetly be the first thing capped
