Sup folks. I went 7-1 week one, so that's proof that I'm reputable, ect... Btw, how about that asswooping of the east this season? Very nicely done guys with a 11-4-1 record against the lEastern conference.

Lesbians vs Demolition

Laredo destroyed a semi-gutted Richey. Due to competition I really still don't have a read on this team, and none of the stats impress me (not even their QB's 90% completion percentage) but in the end 1-0 is better than 0-1.

The Demolition on the other hand narrowly defeated the Mole Rats. Beo Wolf throw the go-ahead TD with 2:30 remaining to win the game to Anthony Welker. Welker, who has been thought of as past his prime, put up his best game in 3 seasons netting 130 yards and 3 TDs.

Prediction: Demolition 34-24

Marauders vs Privateers

The Marauders spanked Key West, proving that they are not yet ready for the big show. Any time your run game goes for 300+, you've probably had a good day.

The Privateers also started on a strong showing. Against a solid Slashers team they went into half-time up by 10. They then proceeded to outscore the Slashers 31-7 in the 2nd half. Someone has a coach who's good at either half time speech, or giving steroids out imo. I still don't feel they are in the Marauder's league however.

42-13 Marauders

Navigators vs Hedgehogs

The Navs came out with an extremely impressive win over OFG. Not to take away from the legend that is Riverboat, but the star of that game was new WR Maurice Macintosh (More Mac is how new nickname because I said so). The fastest player in GLB put up 3 TDs and 216 yards in his Pro debut.

To the contrary, the Hedgehogs were handled by the Gurupies in an unimpressive effort. My own homerism aside, they are going to have to come in much stronger week 2 in order to have a shot against the navs.

35-21 Navigators

Hounds vs Wolfpack

The Hounds had a solid win over NAN with a strong balanced offensive attack and a stingy defense.

The Wolfpack narrowly defeated their cross-town rival bullets, in a game where they were actually outgained by 70 yards.

Week 1 games aside, I still have to go with the pack until proven otherwise...
31-17 Wolfpack

Thunder vs Diabolicals

The thunder proved they can beat a freshly promoted team, while DCD proved that they cannot. Enough said.

35-15 Thunder

New Jersey vs KKR

New Jersey won a scrappy (read ugly) game over the Woodys, while KKR put up an equally unconvincing win over a weak Mice team. Though they were victorious, their run game looked bad and the legend Dravz showed an inability to get the ball to his receivers.

34-31 KKR since I like to go with the old school.

NWNH vs Aftershocks

The Northbest Mighthawks came out with an OT win over a very good team in Alpine, while the Aftershocks got spanked in their Pro debut. Gotta go with the birds here, since I'm not even sure what an aftershock is in football terms...

42-17 NWNH

Carson City Cubes vs WSI

How do you tie in USA Pro? The shit is insane.... WSI=lol though.

255-0 Cubes

Thats all I've got. Feel free to put tips in my jar, ect...

BTW, I add this to the excellent Western Conference predictions made by Wise, here are (IMO) the Western Conference Week 1 Players of the Week!

Special Teams: Stumpy Appendage (K, Northwest)

He was good with all the pressure on him, kicking the 44.5 yards FG to give Northwest the OT upset of Alpine and their 1st win in USAPL! He also made the 4 other kicks he had to make, 2 FG and 2 XP

Also in consideration: CB #13 Britney Spears (Washington Wolfpack) and K Golden Archer (Minnesota Marauders) and

Defense: P Zoom (CB, Carson City Cubes)

He did all he could to give Carson City the win yesterday, he had 5 Tkl; 1 PD and those 2 interceptions, including a Pick-6:

Also in Consideration: LB Anne Richards (Ketchikan Kamper Adventure Rentals) and CB Petey Jones (Minnesota Marauders)

Offense: Maurice MacIntosh (WR, Lincoln Navigators)

In his 1st game in USAPL, the "Fastest WR in USAPL" showed his worth to the Lincoln fans, catching for 216 yds and he had those 3 TD that helped Lincoln to surprise OFG in the GOTW!

Wow..my qb completes 90% of his passes against a great Alpine team and not even an honorable mention.

Too many compliments, it's time to start complaining

i wouldnt call 20/22, 146yds, 1 TD, 0 Int 6.8 YPA worthy of an honorable mention. your qb had 40% less yards than the WR mentioned so how do you think his qb did? ;D

proven otherwise...now don't you just wish you'd offered Ponch a contract Wiseman
