What would make a better Power HB?

Str: 92
Spd: 84

Str: 96
Spd: 80

Str: 100
Spd: 76


If it makes a difference then Agility is 71 and Carrying is 77, Power Tree is 7-7-7-12-10 and Elusive Tree is 1-2-4-0-0.

Of those options, the first ... but I'd go even more in the other direction and even add more agility. With those SAs, and the right VAs, I don't think you need 92 strength to break a ton of tackles.

I also believe that STR in the mid 80's is enough.

Nope, go 100 str 80 speed.

I have a feeling most of the people saying a power back only needs 80 strength haven't played against any higher tier teams.

Sure, you could get the occasional home run with high speed, but you're not going to break as many tackles against good competition.

If you want to be a real power back and break tackles, gaining steady yardage, go with high strength.

Powerbacks don't need any more than 75 Strength to be effective.

Having 90+ Speed and/or 70+ Carrying is WAY more important than getting Strength from the 70s to the 80s or 90s.

My season 3 power back has 94 strength, 90 speed, 70 agility, 70 carry.

He's been okay. He's spent most of his career playing against season 1/2 defenses at the Pro level though. I'm wondering if he'll become a beast once decline starts hitting at the top, or if he'll just continue to be okay.
