Was his throwing slider set at lofty?

I put it at 75% strength and 25% open man.

I'm assuming that means 75% Bullet Pass, well you might try putting your 25 back to 0, and it's possible that your WRs are having a hard time getting open, a combo to help that would be looking at the plays that were called and getting your OC to take them out of the playbook, and maybe setting your passing priority more toward the other side.
