Those are his attributes without EQ.

If those are RAWs, then I'd give him a great rating assuming his SPD is 100ish etc...... if those are numbers WITH gear, then he is slow for his level and could stand to re-do some gear etc to get it up there. If it isn't well above 3 cap RAW at this level then you've missed the boat.

Vision

any one of vision/str/tackle to the next cap would be my move. my lolb im doing vision. thats probably what i would do with your guy. if you can still use reset points i'd consolidate those VAs. maybe put them all in ball hawk or jackhammer if you plan on goin out in coverage.

if you want to force fumbles...str to 68, tackle to 68 then pump up some monster hit and add helmet crash VA

anyways...enough of my adderall cracked out rant...great build so far on your backer. keep it up. you brought him this far and i trust you to not destroy him now.
