He is a level 24 player currently, slightly higher than most of the players around him, but his backup is doubling him in yards and YPCs. I don't understand why this build isn't succeeding. I am thinking more into carrying, or start with an SA, could I get some advice? Or are these preseason games an anomaly, and am I going in the right direction. ALso, I have been training speed/agi/ but I think I will switch to carrying/vision.

Well, power backs have to have high strength and carrying - those two stats go hand in hand in order to break tackles.

Too balanced...Your strong but not very strong, you arent completely slow, you arent quick, and you dont have good carry. No SAs (which is good but hurts performance sometimes), no Custom Tree. basically needs carrying and more strength

slowbuild safeties and linebackers have 90 speed at your level

This is the seaosn you will see your SB powerback drop in stats. It takes longer for a powerback to be dominant. Too many things to cap first (strength carrying) and too many things that are overlooked (speed/agi/SA tree).

At about level 49 you will see if you did things right.
