Ive seen guys say, among other things (but I am partial to--) that str/spd is a good combo to keep above everything else as your most important attributes and let agil/vis/carry be your secondary attributes.

Has anyone considered the str/conf package, and let spd/agil/vis/carry be secondaries? Put equip in str and conf, carry them to the high 80's/90's by L60 and low 70s for everything else?

Even if equip was distributed evenly among str/spd/conf... what would be the best yard-gaining, first-down guarantee/3rd down-conversion combo with str/conf? I know carry breaks tackles also, but you need spd to hit the LOS and not get cut down for TFL losses.

Well, I think theres no HB with confidence as his main attribute. My level 30 has it at low 40's

And that's because the gains you'l get with, let's say, 70 confidence and 50 speed wouldn't be worth the same (and I dare to say that not even close) to the gain you'd get woth 70 spd, 50 conf.

But I fully support the idea, for researching purposes

In other words, HB is not like QB where there are fewer attributes that figure in evem a half-decent build, so pts can be assigned to confidence to absolute benefit. HBs need high combo of str/agil/spd/carry/vis vs QBs throw/vis/str.

And still, you see the claims popping up every so often, "confidence is very under-rated".

You can look at two RB with similar builds, where one has 10 or so more confidence, and the RB with more con will outperform the other in a variety of "situations", ie handoff, faking, maybe breaking tackles...that doesn't seem to be the case so much at other position imo.
