I also have a piece of AE that is giving 11% break tackle chance. I am working on getting my speed and agility up more right now and training confidence and stamina.

Way too slow, get speed up to 4th cap. Also, find some aeq with an SA attached. % AEQ is not the most helpful.

I don't think so when it comes to spin, unless it got fixed.
