Can the team overcome being one of USA Pro's worst teams for the past season and a half? Can they really turn it around and get back to the playoffs? Is replacing ~40% of your roster a good idea in 1 season?

Navs don't have the deepest WR corps in their conference.

Ketchikan's storyline: Upstart Ketchikan came out swinging in their USA Pro debut last season, playing way over their head at times, and showing flashes of amazing potential when not almost losing to the likes of Dread City and the Ground Pounders. They have the best offensive weapon in USA Pro West in Pierce Dravz (and ride him like a rented mule), can Ketchikan become more fundamentally sound in other aspects of their game and join the short list of championship contenders?

Most people seem to want to talk aboud this: How will the Cs do in a second stint in USA Pro?

To me, it is seeing how our underleveled offense can perform to compliment our defense.

I think with the exception of a position or two on offense, it's better to have the higher levels on defense. Probably will be fine for the most part
