Level 32 equipment a huge plus, but not required (It'd help you out ingame though!!). I have 2 AEQs, so only 2 pieces would be needed and the other ones later probably.
Another big plus is a nice O-line
Starter position really doesn't matter if it's a dual back system as long as there's atleast 15-20 carries a game. If your offense is pass-HEAVY, then no thanks. 8 carries a game didnt do it for me last season.
I'd really like to get signed today so I can check out some preseason games!
