Out of these 4, how would you guys rank them for a speed/agility pass rush DE (I have 2 sets of EQ, can go either way, besides AE). I am just wondering for my next points what to do with them

First Step
Change Direction
Shed Block
Tunnel Vision

1) shed block
2)Tunnel Vision
3)First Step
4)Change direction.

That order changes depending on how you're building the D.E.

There is no particular order really.

Some d.e's love First step over everything else.

They all Love TV.

some love shed block over the other 3.

They all play a major part in helping your D.E. get better.

It's up to you to choose which one fits your personal build best.

"RDE
Probably the toughest pass rusher to build. This guy needs to have {elite} speed and agility, simply because LTs have it so easy. All a LT needs to do to be an amazing pass protector is get 68 Agility, 50 Speed, and 6+ Protector. That's it. Thanks to that, most LTs are putting their equipment either entirely into Strength or half into Strength and Half into Blocking. You're gunning either for 110+ Speed, and 85+ Agility or 110+ Agility, and 85+ Speed, by level 40, coupled with {AT LEAST} 60 Strength. For RDEs, SAs are really the bread and butter, which is unfortunate. You need First Step to accelerate instantly, and then you need Change Direction so you can loop around the LT while he's trying to back up, Shed Blocks if he manages to get his hands on you, and Tunnel Vision is the SHIT. In terms of pass rushing alone, Tunnel Vision is the best SA available. It gives you a bonus to Speed and Agility RIGHT at the snap when it activates. If you've got a good defensive coordinator, who uses the defensive play creator, he probably lines you (the RDE) up out wide so that you can just straight up run around the LT."

I picked by favorite after rolling +3 agility, +1 Shed Block. Made it easy to decide which to focus on first.

unless you have a low agility build, change direction is a silly SA. I guess a str/spd LDE build would want it

The DE in question can have basically 100 speed 85 agility or 105 agility and 80 speed depending on the set of EQ he wears. His strength is at 68. As far as SA's go he has:

Tunnel Vision - 10 (AE)
First Step - 6
Change Direction - 4
Shed Block - 4

So I am wondering which to pump up next. If I want to get First Step up more, or want CD or SB up more first.

I'd go with the high agility eq and get SB up next

I agree long run, but in capped leagues OT's have not touched speed too much, so speed may be better now.

You can't go wrong with First Step. If you tactics are set pass rushing with Speed and Agility, First Step will be much more successful for sacks and hurries than shed blocks would be. If your being blocked, most likely you won't get to the sack. If your looking for rush stopping tackles I would go with Shed Block.
