Just rolled a +2 confidence/+1 Wrap Up Tackle SA for my ROLB. Currently I have +2% make tackle chance that the new piece would replace. Should I buy the Wrap-Up Tackle for 35.5k or should I roll again (and again and again)? Thanks for you help.

Keep rolling. Confidence isn't really an attribute you want your equip in. Do you blitz a lot or are you more of a coverage ROLB.
