I am the owner of a new team. I have multiple years experience being a GM and being a coordinator. Contracts are always renegotiable and playing time is a given. You would be the starter either in the middle or on the outside once you talked with our DC and assigned your points. WE are a willing team and will help you with EQ and money if need be.
