I am looking for a team to OC for, doesn't matter what league, but let me tell you about how I run an offense.
I operate an offense which is based around rotating carries between 2 backs, and is generally about 60% run. As for passing, I like QBs who are good game managers and I run a conservative passing game that emphasizes effective movement of the ball with few INTs.
