I am going to offer a once in a great blue moon opportunity for someone. I will take someone completely under my wing as an OC and DC and teach you one on one how I game plan, set up my AI, do roster evaluations, evaluate potential needs of the team, and how I keep the forum abuzz with activity. I only do this once and I require that you watch, participate with game planning and scouting, Participate in the team forum. If you can do this (You have to serious I dont waste my time or yours since I have a lot of teams that I OC and DC for and also build, strategy, and CFO adviser and time is so short for me) If you want to learn how to become a good OC and DC message me privately why you want to become an OC or DC, how committed you are to doing this.? I will need your instant messaging service you use since that is the best way to communicate. I have the team to do this with so you dont need a team but if have a team tell me in the PM and we will work something out. This is the second time someone will work with me this close the first was Dee Hall and now he is a very good DC for the Matadors.

I have my DC trainee still looking for an OC trainee.
