i am slowly uping vision catching and jumping but i'd lvoe to get him out of the returner mode any advise would help a lot

I think he is already out of the returner mode - he'd make a horrible returner.

Cap catching, then vision, then jumping.

u also should get more stamina or else u wont be up to par during games and will tire rather than produce...
