+3 vision/+2% Fake chance, or a plain Juke one? Or should I just continue looking for a better piece like FS?

The first is better, imo, assuming you are built for fakes and your Vision is pretty high. Depends on your build tbh.
I don't think a FS piece is necessarily better than either of those. As first in the chain, it is pretty cheap to get up with SPs.
