Looking for a team, possibility I will boost, can't guarantee with current circumstances and my amount of players already dedicated to boosting on their teams.
So preferably a team that does boost, but is not dead on strict about it.
Also a team that knows a player that can outplay 8 out of 10 players one level or two above him, based on better build.
I have, will, and probably always will with this player do better than 7 or 8 players who are an extra level, two or even in some cases of bad builds up to 4 levels above me (which just shouldn't happen, but it does)
I don't mind, if its fair, playing second string... but if I'm still outdoing the starter, or have a blatant better build I'd like to be playing start, not just for myself but for the team and everyone else.
Team comes first, Players don't win trophies if the team aint winnin trophies, I'm not a selfish person or a GLB Diva, I will do my best for that position on that team, while trusting that the people around me are doing the same. A player aint winning if the team aint winning.
