My methods is to post on my team forum that we need a player. Then someone tells me who to send a contract to. Works great.

That was my method until this offseason, lol

My style is better than yours.

Show people the avatar so they can drool, it works for the kiddies. The gay men on the other hand i leave to wise.

My recruiting method is foolproof, its what makes me the best recruiter in USA Pro.

Step 1: Post in the thread of a free agent.
Step 2: Veg comes in and mauls them with pro-Hedgehog spam.
Step 3: The free agent is afraid and confused. I comfort him and tell him he'll be protected.
Step 4:He signs the contract, then see's Veg in our team forum, but its too late.

Or sometimes its all like (via PM):

Me: "hey guy, Hedgehogs and stuff"
Guy: "U R Hedgehogs? coolness!"
Me: "YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DESTROY THE SITH, NOT JOIN THEM!!!"
Guy: "I NEED CONTRACT, I AM A SITH AND STUFF"
Me: "K, contract sent, but remember you need to go kill a bunch of kids for me"
Guy: "Being a Hedgehog is so badass" *then proceeds to kill jedi children*

Both options work very well to be honest, so I kinda just switch back and forth based on my mood.
