Do I have to assign GM and Coaches before I can sign players?

no, please don't change the team name. I think that name is AWESOME

also is the AIs are still there from last season leave them in there, they are pretty badass if I say so myself.

sorry, but this is my first time owning a team. I did it because I wanted to see the other side of the game. Anyway's, how do I extend a offer. Any help would be great.

you click on the player you want to sign and then on that player's profile page there is a make offer button.

click that, enter in the salary (keep in mind pee wee you have plenty of cash so pay them atleast $600)

I would disagree with this statement in general as far as Maxed out contracts right away. I do feel however that the players deserve all the team cash.

We sign agents to 20,000 basic salaries and no bonus. If they stay active every 3-4 games we send out new contracts with higher salaries and bonuses, we do this all year and by end of season the team has given all team cash out.
This is done due to past experience of giving agents maxed out contracts to start just to see them go inactive and harm the team. We feel this is a good way to ensure the team stays active and for the most part we know we have a team player.

Spend some time in the GLB forum (really don't, it sucks there). People who can't understand why cookie cutter builds don't dominate insist there is secret x-factor that makes some players randomly awesome.

Some people think it's pink equipment, or stamina. But I say it's the size of your first signing bonus.
