If you want to ignore build guides so you can take your teams money with no intention of helping them win. Make sure ownership feels the same way about their team or GTFO. There are a lot of agent, coodinators, and owners who put a lot of time, flex, and effort into putting a good team on the field, don't waste their time with player development.

Just relieving a little frustration.

Nothing like recruiting a guy only to be told to fuck off when you try to get him to move his EQ.

Apparently, enough to need to vent on the forum! LOL

Probably more frustration than damage.

Yeah, mostly frustration, but it's tough with the 55 man roster, if a guy isn't working out by level 5, you can' t replace him with another level 5 cuz you can only sign level 1s.

I have seen guys go strait up slowbuild in the past and not dump any SPs while partaking in the ample pee-wee cash flow.

It can be worked around in most cases, but it's still annoying. Especially when they express zero interest in the team, or refuse to move EQ even when the team is paying for it.

And those are the guys who you move onto the bench completely, no plays at all. They get their salary money but they get NO XP.
If they don't tick you off enough to cut them during the season and you make them stick it out, you reward their slow build "me first, team second" attitude with nice end of season bonus of $1 and send them on their way.

Totally agree with ya here! if you want to slowbuild, find a team that is recruiting slow builders, or go to the D leagues where noone really cares if your team wins or loses, or at least noone was up all night the night before your game gameplanning only to have a slowbuild CB miss 8 tackles in your 3 point loss!

I hear ya man!
