i need to know how to make him better

TBQH I dont think you will have the time( him being 348 days old )or the number of SP's to make him effective .Unfortunately hes just too slow I would retire him for flex and try another .If you do want to keep him my best guess would be to change out your equipment and put it all into speed and add any sps you get to agi .

Unfortunately I agree. I hate telling people to retire because this a game and each person is entitled to make a player however they want. But a CB should never have that much tackling. Also you need to decide if you want to make him a cover guy or a return guy. Return guys aren't my cup of tea so I can help you there but a cover guy should never spend sp's in the speedster tree past Change Direction.
