I coordinated a few teams last year towards the end of the season. I turned around a few teams that were 0-8 or 1-7 and they both finished with decent records. I have some great tactics in place and run the 4-3 with some 3-4 sprinkled in for run stopping defenses. I am interested in coordinating 1 more team in AA, AAA, or Pro teams that have a shot of winning a championship. If your team is intact, and you don't need to recruit a ton of guys; and you went to the playoffs last year, I may be interested in helping your team.
