people still feel that blitz works well for DE's and that it fires on pass rushing despite position?

i chose tunnel vision over blitz for my younger DE he did just a little better (but he has only 2 in it and has almost no PT at DE anyway)

well i got a +3 agility and an SA for my CB at lvl 17
