It's not low low, but I've seen ones with the combined Str+Blk around 10 higher at lvl 22 (non SSB, the SSB ones are better than this). Do you have the full +6 to the CE?

For example, my C (open) was 4-5 points ahead of this at lvl 22, and his build is so bad I'm going to retire it.

It won't be a terrible build though if you want to keep it going, but keep in mind that if you're aiming for the very top there are better ones out there.

if i wanted the bars up i would have all eq into strength which i dont.
