1. Will accept minimum salary.
2. Will boost after player reaches level 5.
3. Will create the quarterback build around the teams wants/needs.
4. Does not need to start right away, but would be interested in starting!
5. Wants a contract that will expire at the end of a season, not during or right at the start.
