My lvl 53 is now a FA and my lvl 45 will be soon.

I will be retiring one of them because I have stopped buying flex.
I like the build of the lvl 53 but it seems too generic.
the lvl 45 has really high natural speed and I think has more potential

I like em both, but agree with the potential point in the lvl 45 WR. You looking for a team for next season let me know.
