I am 29-3 as a owner I just won a championship with my team we went undefeated every time I was a owner I had a winning season, I am extremely active also a good recruiter, I just recently stop recruiting for a uncapped minors team, that I brung in some players that they needed, and they went to the playoffs.

I will recruit for any team.
