He's not that bad, you're on your way to building a decent WR.
I'd suggest you not worry about catching right now, at 30 catching you'll have drops but you'll be ok.
- Looks like your speed is at 68 base, right?
- Get agility up to 60
- Then get catching to 48
- Then speed 1st to 72, agility to 68
- After that look to get vision then jumping to 48
No points in your special ability trees until after getting speed to 72 base and agility to 68 base.
