I've got two CB's, levels 23 and 24, that are looking for a team. They're both unboosted so far this season, so if a 24 cap team signs them then I can immediately boost and be over the cap. Which is cheap, but allowed. I boost obviously and after boosting I'l buy Eric custom equipment.
