I have had experience with the al, took the team I DCed for to the playoffs but didn't feel like I completely understood what I was doing, well I am different now I am a aggressive DC I run a 3-4 defense, would like to sign with only 1 team with a good defense or a rebuilding team would be great, or any team willing to give me a chance would be greatly apprecited, I would like to get some scrimmages to get a chance to see work the defense.
