Alright I know I'm going to need speed/agility/vision/catching for this guy but what order should I do it in?

Speed Agility Catching Carrying Vision imo. Don't need super high catching though.

Alright, how would I start with this guy Speed 3:1 Agility 3:1 Speed 4:1 Vison 2:1 catching 2:1 ?

You don't need catching to be a scat back.
Speed=Agility>Carrying
Aim for 5 or 6:1 for speed/agi and 4:1 for carrying
Get scat back, YAC attack, sticky hands
a little vision (don't need much)
Confidence would probably help in case you ever dropped
Catch % AEQ if you can find some (My HB has already seen 2 pieces after shopping only like 6 times)
