What i would like to see as a possible new team/owner are the following:
~Stadium built (not having to worry about equipment costs)
~COMPETITIVE TEAM, sorry no rebuilding teams been on too many so far
~would like to have an active forum
~would like to remain a LOLB if possible, prefer not to be MLB
