As said above he has 3 boosts left this season and will boost instantly next season putting him at lv. 26.6.

At that time he will have 133 SP's to place where ever needed.

All he needs is some EQ money and obviously playing time.

All contracts must be 1 year ending on day 40 of season 11. The pay must be for a lv.27 player if given all EQ he will stick around for another season and possibly 2. I am going to look at all offers, so I might not sign instantly.
