Hey guys, my lvl. 23 CB Dwayne Carter Jr. is going to be a FA this offseason, and I figured I'd put him on the market to see what kind of interest he gets. He is slowbuilt, so he is a little lacking in some areas right now, but he is pretty solid overall. He is unboosted so far on the season, so when you get him, his agility will be third capped, and he will have 4 more EQ points in to speed so he'll be looking a little better.
