We're looking for an upgrade considering it's MY QB. We're looking for a stud QB who will be a significant improvement.

The only area that your QB is stronger than mine is in agility and speed. Your QB is the best I've seen, but the additional gameplanning control and assurance I have with my QB's tactics being set the way I like them outweighs this.

My QB has higher vision, strength, confidence and throwing. I find these stats to be the most important. If I can land a QB that significantly outdoes my QB, I will sign him. Otherwise I am content with keeping my QB. Sorry.

L45 will boost to L48 for next season. Still short of all L40 upgrades, so he'll potentially have 8 more points to his majors if you can fund All his EQ.
