Another question, do you guys that build LB's desire a particular spot? like is MLB > LOLB or ROLB > MLB etc, etc?

(I have an ego and want him in the most important spot!)

All positions are important, but MLB probably sees the most action.

+1

First off you do have a nice build that can play all spots but clearly your best suited as a LOLB because of your SA.

I truly believe the most desired spot is MLB. If you want action every game MLB's is the position to be at because he will play in pass coverage, blitz and be in position in almost every rush attempt.

I just rolled a Shutdown Coverage for him....would that be dumb to add it to him? I can have that and his Superior Vision AEQ both upgraded shortly. (didn't have any attribute bonuses though on the Shutdown Coverage).

pick it up, it helps a good bit in coverage imo. it's like a free +2 or +3 in swat ball and a 1-2% bonus to speed and agility in man coverage.

I don't think there's one position that's more or less desirable except for what YOU want to play. If you love MLBs who make big hits, build one. If you like technicians who do all the little things right, build a speed/agility/vision LOLB. if you love the guys who get big QB sacks, build a pass rushing demon.

The LOLB on my team last year got 11 interceptions and won defensive MVP. So a good LOLB can get plenty of action.
