LOL I did not expect to see this result of yardage today.

IceCold! was trailing 200 yards going into the game and put up a little over 300 to FM's 100, surpassing him by about 12 yards to take the title for the FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW!!!

WHOOOHOOO!! HAHA that is too funny!

Congrats to IceCold! on ANOTHER defense of the record, you da man baby!!!!!!!!!

And thanks to FM for the very competitive effort and exciting finish, it was an epic race and I get to save my 5 bucks, sweet!

Tbh I wasn't expecting him to overcome Furious.

Shoot in the game where I went 8 for a million he had like 55 targets I think and only caught 8 balls, my QB has been so wrecked on supporting game conditions and I was pretty surprised to see the 200 yard gap closed today.

I made some severe last minute desperation tweaks to the AI and more importantly the playbook for this last game. I figured it was a lost cause but I made some very important changes to try and give us a shot of closing the gap.

Congrats on winning the drop title too.

LOL me either, I would not have been shocked to see 50 yards here and another 200 for FM, but I played with the AI and playbook best I could to try and make something happen. And yeah he was on double target by my QB, although he was also on double target the 2 games before that in those terrible games as well. So I didn't have a whole lot of things I could do beyond comb through the playbook and select them very carefully to give it a shot.

Thanks! Yeah not worried about that, it's not his fault, the team morale is so shot, it's not like the drops reflect negatively on the player, the circumstances of our team and other conditions just screw up all the formulas to penalize him more than a winning team would be. Also he was being thrown to such a large number of times per game that the drops were inevitable to add up.

He'd never have been able to achieve this if you hadn't exploited a small roster with so few offensive options...

But really, he has proven to be a great dot!

Congrats Icecold on winning a meaninless achievement for a piss poor team that sold everyone else out so you could get a trophy. Team player awards to everyone else on your squad. I hope everyone realizes this is what it's like to play for a sack of shit.

It's a pretty big accomplishment knowing that TSE tried to angleshoot his way to the trophy by telling us his gameplan, and hoping we would also pass 100% today to give him more attempts. Pretty sad that we gave up 28 points even knowing exactly what he would do. Oh well, scoring 67 is our consolation.

Too bad that the Steel gutted or icecold would have a chance to really shine in AAA next year.
