If at all? My CB has been missing a few tackles the past little while in run support mostly so i was looking to get some sugestions on this. He is out leveled in most games this year (Coverage is going well, even on high levl WR's) and i know i will never make 100% of all the tak's. Currently at 32 Str 35 Tak.

just train them till 40-45. You shouldn't need to dump sp's into them much. If your safeties linebackers and linemen can't make tackles get on a better team so you can focus on your build and build like a corner should. The first instance a team owner asks you to pump str and tackling with sp's it's time to leave the team.

I can't believe that I am actually agreeing with every single word UD wrote in a post, but this. You are building a cb, not a safety.

Never--I honestly think that at least until level 60 there are better things to do with your SPs. If you're having to make a lot of tackles in the first place that's the larger issue.
Agility/vision will help you with missed tackles.

Agility is 81
Vision is 72
Again, it's run support mostly. At some point I'd like to get Str/tak to 40

Reading your post, looks like the CBs on that team does more than just guarding receivers.
My first question is, are you set to wrap up tackling?
Where do you play on that team? CB1? CB2? CB3? Does your team do CB Biltz?
What's your speed?
Like what the guys above are saying, you have CB that has to man up on a WR.
BUT if your DC is imaginative/creative then I bet he does put the CBs on different spots and doing different things.
Which leads your CB to tackle HB, FB and TE.
If you're doing that and you still want to be on the team you're on right now, I would say once you hit level 45 then you first cap tackling.
At that level, your CB should have AT LEAST completed the following:
5th cap Speed
4th cap Agility
2nd cap Vision
2nd cap Jumping
1st cap Catching
NOTE
The above caps are just my opinion. The above maybe true or not but again they are based on my opinion and also based on actual results on my own CBs' build.

What is your CB's CD? Is he on wrap up? You really shouldn't be having trouble tackling here...

Looks like 102 tackles 8 missed tackles....that isn't so bad...also noticed that your CB is averaging 80 plays / game...perhaps he tires a bit?
