I was looking for a play specifically targeting the WR5 but cannot find one. What is the best way to target that WR?

There are several things you can set up with the DPC to double the 5th WR.

The 5WR short or Streaks. If you put a RB with decent catching in the short play, he seems to get a lot of looks.

Also, set your QBs tactics to favor that guy so he'll have a better chance of being thrown to.
