as for the build he looks solid. Where are you planning on bringing his agility/speed? They both should be brought to the 68 cap at least, i'd recommend the 73 cap.

i was planning on bringing up my speed. haha, i didn't realize how low it was without EQ.
what about vision though? i heard it can be counterproductive if it's too high.

That's been fixed for the most part, more vision isn't a bad thing anymore

i have never put skill points into vision and my HB has done fine (just training) 43 is more then good enough for now.
You should start to work on getting strength and carrying to the first cap to avoid fumbles.
